If you do not receive a license at all, you will receive a full refund via email within 15 days. If you have issues with the license after activating it, you can receive a full refund within one year. However, if you received a working license, there will be no refund. If the product key has already been activated after purchase, we reserve the right to refuse a refund because the purchased service was delivered as promised.
